First Parish Church
Rooted in Community 

.Not unlike the rest of the world, things at First Parish Church in Taunton have been quite different in the last few years. In what were the loneliest few years of most peoples’ lifetime, we found ways to safely be "together" during the worst of the pandemic. That sense of togetherness proved that we are a community with strong, lasting ties that can endure any hardship. 
A quote by Confucius reads: "If you think in terms of a year, plant a seed; if in terms of ten years, plant trees; if in terms of 100 years, teach the people".

Our church and our community would not be what it is today without people like you.  First Parish’s roots have grown strong and the community that we’ve all created together is something we are so proud of! That being said we need your help to sustain the roots that we have so that we may continue to grow as a community and for the larger community.
