Hosted by our resident Reiki master Colleen, Reiki is a Japanese word meaning universal life force. It is a simple healing method that can do no harm. Reiki promotes balance among the body's systems using external and internal life forces. It's a relaxing healing method for the body and mind. Reiki gives us a wonderful opportunity to meet and chat. We will learn a little and then practice Reiki.
