A sampler pack including approximately 1 LB of each of our four wood-smoked bacon cuts: Ends, Belly, Jowl, and Cottage Bacon.
Ends: Bite-size nubs of bacon goodness! Great pan-fried as is or for adding to other dishes.
Belly: Wood-smoked. Delicious. Divine. This is the regular bacon cut you get at the supermarket - but WAY better!
Cottage: Wood-smoked and incredibly flavorful. Our favorite type of bacon. Made from the shoulder rather than the belly, resulting in a leaner cut and a circular shape. Note - this is best cooked on a lower heat until done. It will not achieve the snap of regular bacon.
Jowl: Wood-smoked and buttery. Jowl bacon is made from the cheek rather than the belly. It tends to be fattier, and is a favorite of many for this very reason!
